Still on my quest to finish up a ton of products that I have before I purchase anymore. Below is everything that I finish in the month of July.
L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise EverCreme Sulfate-Free Moisture System Nourishing Leave-in Spray. Wow that was a mouth and possible the longest title to a product I have ever typed. I LOVE this stuff. I spray it in my hair right after I get out of the shower before I comb my hair. Repurchase? Definitely Yes!
Tresemme Fresh Start No Frizz Creme. I have had this stuff literally forever! It has a citrus smell that I don’t really care for and did absolutely nothing for my hair. Repurchase? No.
Yes to Blueberries Age Refresh Cleansing Facial Towelettes. I wanted to love this product. I tried to love this product but alas my temperamental skin refused. I love the lemon-y smell that these have but they irritated my face so I ended up using them for my hands instead. I threw them in my handbag and used them in a pinch when I couldn’t wash my hands. Would I repurchase? Sadly no but I really wish I could.
Up & Up Eye Makeup Remover. This is Target’s store brand that is comparable to L’Oreal’s Eye Makeup Remover. This took me absolutely ages to get through. It isn’t the best eye makeup remover or the worst that I have used. It is oil-free so it’s safe for those who have eyelash extensions. It touts itself as a Mascara Master and it is if you have 5 minutes to spend holding a cotton ball to each eye. Repurchase? Maybe if I am in a pinch.
Blow up Thickening Mist by Blow. This is supposed to add weightless volume and lasting fullness by depositing a pure protein blend on your hair. I saw no volume and no thickness but did feel stickiness. Repurchase? No.
Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Cream for Face SPF 55. SPF is important to protect your skin. This was a great product with a not so great price. Repurchase? No, I can find a cheaper version that does just as great.
TRESemme Split Rememdy. I hate this stuff. It actually dries out my hair more than normal. I had to actually add more conditioner to the ends of my hair for fear of them breaking when I brushed my hair. Repurchase? No.

MakeUpForEver Professional Aqua Liner in 15. This is a slate grey waterproof liner with a felt tip. Dries to a semi-matte finish and has good staying power. I am not really a big fan of felt tip liners for the simple fact that as I get older my eyelids have little wrinkles that are only exaggerated by these. Repurchase? Sadly no.
MAC Penultimate EyeLiner in Rapidblack. I am about to commit a mortal sin by saying this, but I don’t like this eyeliner. It transfers on me and has only about 2 hours of staying power. Repurchase? No.
Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Perversion. Hands down favorite liquid eyeliner. Had a backup of this already. Repurchase? Yes, over and over.
NYC Smooch Proof 16H Lip Stain in 491 Fressia Forever. This was very drying after application but held it’s color for hours. I don’t think that it lived up to it’s name but was a good lip stain til it dried out. Repurchase? Probably not.
I managed to use up a few liquid liners this month thank god. actually most of them just dried up but I shall continue on my quest to use up my makeup.
Dang, you did good this month! That’s a lot of empties!
Thanks Nicole, I have been trying to get through so much stuff. Hopefully August will be a good month too.
I LOVE the body shop aloe face moisturizer with SPF 15. It’s PERFECT and almost has the same consistency that makes Shisheido products so popular. It’s in the 7-12.00 range, much more affordable!
I love a lot of things from Body Shop! I love to wait for their sales and stock up. It’s also nice that most of their products are made from ingredients that are fair trade.
